How do I receive my bills?
Mifflin County Wireless operates exclusively with electronic billing via email.
Do you offer EBB plans?
At this time we do not have any EBB offerings available.
Do you need to mount equipment to our house?
Yes, we will need to mount a small antenna to the property somewhere that we can get a line-of-sight connection to our tower equipment.
Am I eligible for your service?
The only requirement we have to be eligible is a clear line of sight to one of our towers.
Do you have a contract length?
We do not have any contracts, service is billed month to month.
Do you offer a Veterans Discount?
Yes, we offer 10% off any package for veterans.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we offer $10 off the next month of service for both parties.
Is this satellite internet?
No, we offer Fixed-Wireless internet which requires a clear line of sight between our antenna on the property and our equipment on our towers.
My internet service is down, what should I do?
The first step is usually simply restarting your router. You can unplug the router from the wall for 30 seconds and plug it back in. This will usually fix most basic issues.
